How does the free tier work?

Create an account and you get 3 reports every month, forever — no card, no trial clock. Your quota resets at the start of each billing month. You also get to save up to 5 parcels, run a build-cost scenario, and ask the zoning translator a handful of questions. It's a real working tier, not a teaser.

What's a "report" versus the platform tools?

A report is a full structured analysis of one parcel in one mode — the thing that runs the scoring engine across every data source. The platform tools (True Cost to Build, the zoning translator, the regulation watchlist) work on parcels you've already saved and have their own per-tier limits. Saving a parcel or asking a zoning question does not spend a report.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; if you cancel or downgrade you keep your paid features until the period ends, then drop to the free tier — your saved parcels and past reports stay put.

Do unused reports roll over?

No. Report quotas reset at the start of each billing month and don't accumulate. If you regularly run out before the month is up, that's the signal to move up a tier.

Is the API included?

API access (REST + MCP server + n8n & Zapier) is on Pro. API calls draw from the same monthly report quota as the dashboard — an /v1/analyze response is one report, whether it's triggered by a person or an automation.

When should I talk to Enterprise?

When you need custom report volume beyond Pro, white-label or branding-free exports, a written SLA, dedicated support, or seats for a team. Email support@acrelens.com and we'll scope a contract.
